Shipping Routine:

placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 pm. PST will be shipped
the same business day.

placed Monday-Thursday after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped
the next business day.

placed Friday (after 12:00 pm PST), Saturday, and Sunday will
be shipped the next business day.

placed on National Holidays will be shipped on the next regular

What should I do if my order didn't go through?

Where is my order?
I ordered my supplies over a week ago. If you
have not received your order or have a general question, please
provide your name, phone number, address, confirmation number
(if available), and concern. Sometimes orders are not processed
due to an overlooked item required by the shopcart to fullfill an
order, unreceived payment, or any number of reasons. If this is
your situation please email us at sales1@5minutedrugtest.com.

Please
download and fillout a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER sheet before the merchandise
is returned. |

Send
us an email to sales1@5minutedrugtest.com
requesting the Return Authorization number. The RA# must
be clearly written on the outside of the returned package as
well as on the original invoice. Only returns with a valid RA#
will be accepted. |

3. |
Returns
will be accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date, and must
be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. |

4. |
Refunds,
credits, or exchanges will not be given on merchandise
that have been used, opened, or defaced in any way. Returned
merchandise must be in resalable condition. Any item returned
in unsalable condition is subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Refunds
will only be made in the same form as original payment. (If
originally paid by check, allow up to 5 working days for bank
clearance). Exchanges will be made for items
of equal value. Any additional charges are the customers
responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All claims
